...breakfast for dinner...yum! Growing up, we had eggs for dinner almost every Saturday night. It just seemed to fit in a busy weekend, when no one wanted to cook much after a busy Saturday full of chores, errands or fun. I sarcastically started calling this meal "Saturday Night Delight," much to my parents' chagrin. Now, as an adult, I can definitely see the appeal of an easy scrambled egg supper!
