Have you ever tried gnocchi? We tried these little potato dumplings for dinner recently and were pleasantly surprised at the taste. E tried them like a good sport, but wasn't overly fond of them. My mom also recently tried them, and apparently my dad made a face and said "what IS this?" Mom made him eat it, but I don't think he was overly fond of it either!
But hubby and I thought it was great!

I have a wonderful recipe for Gnocci with gorgonzola sauce. Very "not good" for you, but yummy, yummy! I'd love to share if you guys are interested!
Did you make the Gnocci yourself? I've never tried that!
