Once there was a month of November....and a busy momma who had a big to do list, and the plan to blog thirty days of thankfulness. And the momma did blog, and post a few photos, and scurry around doing all of the busy things mommas do. And then, Thanksgiving arrived....and the momma and her beautiful little girl made pies and rolls and all sorts of delicious things, and the momma and the daddy and the little girl packed up and spent Thanksgiving Day at "Gramma and Grampa's house"....and the momma and the Gramma and the little girl did go shopping the day after Thanksgiving.
And then.....
the momma got sick. With a big nasty, mean germ that meant lots of coughing and sneezing and sleeping for the poor, tired, sick momma. And the little girl and her handsome daddy did everything they could to help the momma feel better.
But the momma fell behind on her blog. And on the laundry. And the dishes. And the housework. And a million other things. And the momma was tired, and still sneezing and coughing, and sick and frustrated.
And on the last day of December, the momma said "forget it"....I'll just try again with the December Daily.
