E is so excited about going to school - to KINDERGARTEN, specifically. And her enthusiasm is spilling over into the last days of Mommy and E school. She's coloring picture upon picture for her new teacher, going through worksheets like mad, reading like crazy and much more. She's been having a ton of fun with this reader/puzzle set I picked up at a discount book store. You do the puzzle for each key word in the reader....the puzzle spells out the word and makes the picture. So cool! We're having fun in our last few days of school together, before it's time for her to go back to school....for real!

I have been reading your "Mommy and e school" posts all summer and loving them. Because Sami has a September birthday she won't start Kindergarten until next fall, but she is already getting excited about it. I might have to borrow a few of your ideas for next summer!
