It's that time of year again...and why is this pumpkin blue, you ask? E wanted to make it like the "fancy pumpkins" at the "pumpkin store"...we have visited our local plant nursery twice in the past few weeks, as well as the local arboretum, and E is learning that not all pumpkins are orange. Some of the more exotic varieties are indeed green, pale orange and even blue-ish. Smart girl!
