E got a free helium balloon last weekend while we were running errands. She ran all over the house with it, bapped the cat with it, and generally had a good time playing. The concept of helium rising, though, is still a bit of a mystery to her. I found her in our bedroom staring up at the ceiling and just pointing....she did not understand how her balloon got "stuck" way up there! Hubby and I retrieved it more than a few times before it lost its ability to float....this photo just cracks me up!
